Hudbay Announces Correction to its Upcoming Dividend Record and Payment Dates

TORONTO, July 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hudbay Minerals Inc. (“Hudbay” or the “Company”) (TSX, NYSE: HBM) announced today a correction to the record date and payment date for its upcoming quarterly cash dividend to be paid in September 2026. Hudbay’s news release dated July 29, 2026 included a typographical error and the record and payment dates contained therein should be disregarded. The corrected dates are set out below in the paragraph titled “Dividend Declared”:

Dividend Declared

A quarterly dividend of C$0.01 per share was declared on July 28, 2026. The dividend will be paid out on September 25, 2026 to shareholders of record as of close of business on September 8, 2026.

Other than the corrections to the record date and payment date, all other terms of the quarterly cash dividend to be paid in September 2026 remain unchanged.
